Warranty
At LIZY KIDS, quality and care are at the heart of everything we create.
All play mats are covered by a 6-month warranty.
This warranty applies to manufacturing imperfections that are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Any such issues must be reported to us immediately upon discovery at info@lizykids.si.
Please note:
- Natural wear over time is not covered by the warranty
- Play mats must be used and cared for according to our care instructions
- Improper use or failure to follow care guidelines will void the warranty
Kind reminder:
We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your play mat upon arrival. Any imperfections must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
Your trust means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds are not available for:
- Items damaged or altered after delivery
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items
- Unshipped or delayed deliveries
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- We ship internationally
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes
- Any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Refund
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds cannot be issued prior to shipment
- Design changes may be accommodated before dispatch, if time allows
- Wear marks not reported within 48 hours are not eligible for refund
- Transit delays are not eligible for refund
